We ship packages by UPS, DHL and Fedex depending on what will get you you package fastest. This allows them to be tracked and insured for loss or damage. All BrickHouse Security Orders are shipped "Signature Required." If you will not be available to sign, please contact the delivery company directly (after you get your tracking number) and let them know you would rather pick up the package at their office.
